As a former professional footballer for Nottingham Forest and Manchester United as part of the Class of 1993, Richard has first hand experience of financial mismanagement within sports. Richard is the co-founder and Head of Operations at Wealth Recovery Solicitors, a law firm specializing in recovering funds lost to crypto scams and fraudulent investments. Founded in March 2021, WRS has recovered over £40 million for clients using advanced technology also employed by the FBI, banks, and governments.
Richard has a background in residential property development, owning companies involved in land acquisition, planning, development, and sales. He brings a wealth of experience to the Footballers Property Group team.
